Payment methods in detail
Payment on the internet is often a matter of trust, which is why we only cooperate with certified providers. Generally speaking, the following payment methods are accepted in our online shop:
- Paypal
- Credit card
- Prepayment
- Direct transfer by Giropay
- Cash on delivery (only possible within Germany!)
PayPal
You can pay simply and securely with PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, confirm payment as usual after you have entered your user data.
How to order with the PayPal payment option: Choose PayPal as your payment option. In the next step, please check your order once more and then click the “Buy” button. You will then be redirected to Paypal via a secure connection; there you can log in with your Paypal login data. Now you will see a brief summary of your order, which you can then confirm. You will then be redirected from PayPal back to our website. Your order is now complete, and will be processed by us as quickly as possible. Credit card
We accept Visa and MasterCard – each with the additional secure processes Verified by VISA or Mastercard Securecode. These processes secure your payment by means of an additional security prompt, thus greatly improving security in matters relating to your credit card data. The additional security prompt is carried out and individually designed by your card issuing bank after you have entered and confirmed your credit card data.
Not yet used Verified by VISA or Mastercard Securecode?
In this case, your card issuing bank will determine the additional security prompt together with you after you have entered your credit card data. This means that the payment process is several steps longer. We hope that you understand why this is necessary – this measure contributes to the security of your own credit card.
Prepayment
With prepayment, you transfer the invoice amount to the bank account of MB GTC GmbH specified in the order acknowledgement sent to you by email after you have placed your order. Once your payment has been received, your order is processed and shipped immediately. Please note that the goods cannot be shipped before your payment has been received.
Direct transfer by Giropay
When you pay by Giropay, you are forwarded directly to the online banking site of your bank. If you bank does not support the Giropay method, you can choose a different payment method.
Cash on delivery
Attention: Payment by cash on delivery is only possible within Germany!
