We dispose of and recycle vehicles as well as their parts and wheels following strict quality criteria and with sustainability in mind. Our core range of used parts therefore supports the “Global Service & Parts (GSP)” strategy. Our wide range of products from alloy wheels to wings and engines to trim can be found in our online shop. Parts search and shopping cart

You can search for parts by car, transporter or truck model, or directly by search term or part number . When you have found the desired part, clicking on the blue shopping cart icon will place it in the virtual shopping cart . Previously you have the possibility to inform yourself about our terms of payment and delivery, among other things.  By clicking on the light blue shopping cart icon on the right-hand side of the menu bar, you will be forwarded to the shopping cart - from there you can also proceed to the order completion.  Clicking on the button “Continue to next step” will lead you to the complete checkout process.


Shipping & payment method

In the third step, you select delivery by our shippingand logistics service providers. An express delivery is possible for an additional charge. In addition to the details of the product purchase, you will select your desired payment method in this step. Bank transfer/advance payment is selected as standard method. Changes to these settings are possible at any time until the completion of your order process.

Our online shop is currently available in German, English and French. Other languages are currently being implemented. You can register for your order in the English-language shop - we deliver to all EU countries. If you have any difficulties, you are always welcome to send an e-mail with your request or questions about desired items to mbgtc_parts@mercedes-benz.com . We will then be happy to support you in your language.

As soon as an employee from your company is already registered in our online shop, we will be happy to assign their account to your company. Different employees can then order independently of each other. Simply send us an e-mail in this regard to mbgtc_parts@mercedes-benz.com.

We have special conditions for business customers such as independent workshops: you will receive a discount on various product groups. In order to receive your debtor discount, you can simply register in our online shop or send an e-mail to mbgtc_parts@mercedes-benz.com . After registering you can see your discounted price at the respective product. Of course, you can also participate in B2B discount promotions. With our promotions you benefit twice: you will receive your coupon code discount in addition to your debtor discount.
The dismantled replacement parts and wheels come from newer used vehicles, test cars and production returns from Mercedes-Benz Group AG plants worldwide. Generally we service models in segments 1 and 2. If you cannot find the model you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us. Note(s): all vehicles were not involved in an accident.
Only if the dismantled parts meet our precisely defined quality criteria they are stored and sold. Our quality classes are divided into A, B and C quality and vary in their requirements depending on the product group. You can view these on our website and are thus well informed about the quality status you can expect with your order. Click here for the quality classes.
In principle, all our parts are available in our online shop or in SICOS under the common Mercedes-Benz article number. In addition, we also have composite components - such as seat sets, complete interiors, an entire axle, an axle half, a complete bumper - which we run under separate part numbers and not under the Mercedes-Benz part numbers. You can either find these products through the categories in our online shop or contact us directly via mbgtc_parts@mercedes-benz.com or +49(711)17 70 000. We would be happy to check product availability for you personally and advise you on possible alternatives.
Shipping costs apply to orders placed in our online shop. These are calculated automatically based on the respective item and selected country of delivery. Within the product detail overview you can see the respective shipping costs below the price. Furthermore, during the ordering process you will receive a summary in the shopping cart overview. If you plan to make repeat purchases, you have the option to permanently and completely waive the shipping costs by contractual conditions. When an order is placed in our online shop, the order is processed directly through us. The following payment methods are available in our online shop: invoice (with a credit limit of €5,000, PayPal, cash on delivery, prepayment and credit card. You will receive a shipping confirmation and invoice by e-mail and your order will be sent directly from us to your desired address within 2-4 working days within Europe. The delivery is well packed via UPS or one of our long-term forwarding partners.
Return the delivery to us within 14 days. To do this, please fill in the returns form and send it to mbgtc_parts@mercedes-benz.com. After we have confirmed the return to you in writing, please send the products to our main factory in Neuhausen a. d. F., Germany via a forwarding agent or parcel service provider of your choice. As soon as we have received the products, we will immediately credit you the product value.
Our parts are guaranteed for up to 24 months for a maximum of 75,000 km from the date of installation. The warranty applies provided that an installation invoice from a certified car workshop is available. You can find more information in our warranty conditions .
