You can search for parts by car, transporter or truck model, or directly by search term or part number . When you have found the desired part, clicking on the blue shopping cart icon will place it in the virtual shopping cart . Previously you have the possibility to inform yourself about our terms of payment and delivery, among other things.  By clicking on the light blue shopping cart icon on the right-hand side of the menu bar, you will be forwarded to the shopping cart - from there you can also proceed to the order completion.  Clicking on the button “Continue to next step” will lead you to the complete checkout process.

The dismantled replacement parts and wheels come from newer used vehicles, test cars and production returns from Mercedes-Benz Group AG plants worldwide. Generally we service models in segments 1 and 2. If you cannot find the model you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact us. Note(s): all vehicles were not involved in an accident.
Only if the dismantled parts meet our precisely defined quality criteria they are stored and sold. Our quality classes are divided into A, B and C quality and vary in their requirements depending on the product group. In principle, all our parts are available in our online shop or in SICOS under the common Mercedes-Benz article number. In addition, we also have composite components - such as seat sets, complete interiors, an entire axle, an axle half, a complete bumper - which we run under separate part numbers and not under the Mercedes-Benz part numbers. Shipping costs apply to orders placed in our online shop. These are calculated automatically based on the respective item and selected country of delivery. Within the product detail overview you can see the respective shipping costs below the price. Furthermore, during the ordering process you will receive a summary in the shopping cart overview. When an order is placed in our online shop, the order is processed directly through us. The following payment methods are available in our online shop: invoice (with a credit limit of €5,000, PayPal, cash on delivery, prepayment and credit card. You will receive a shipping confirmation and invoice by e-mail and your order will be sent directly from us to your desired address within 2-4 working days within Europe. The delivery is well packed via UPS or one of our long-term forwarding partners.
Return the delivery to us within 14 days. To do this, please fill in the returns form and send it to After we have confirmed the return to you in writing, please send the products to our main factory in Neuhausen a. d. F., Germany via a forwarding agent or parcel service provider of your choice. As soon as we have received the products, we will immediately credit you the product value.
Our parts are guaranteed for up to 24 months for a maximum of 75,000 km from the date of installation. The warranty applies provided that an installation invoice from a certified car workshop is available. You can find more information in our warranty conditions .
