Yes. If installed by a qualified specialist workshop (proof of installation in the form of an invoice is required), you will receive a total warranty of 2 years for almost all parts. (The warranty applies in countries of the European Union and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). Read the warranty conditions here.

The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail after you have successfully placed your order. Attention! You will not find our invoice documents in your parcel shipment.

Yes, within the respective order country you can enter a delivery address that may differ from your billing address - there is a prepared function for this. For example, you can have your order sent directly to your workshop.

Yes, an express delivery is possible. Express orders from Monday to Thursday (until 2 p.m., except on public holidays) leave our shop on the same day and will, if possible, arrive on the next day. However, this is only possible within Germany. To German islands and abroad, the shipping time is longer.  Please note, that we do not offer Saturday delivery as standard. Should you wish to receive your delivery on a Saturday (subject to an additional fee), please feel free to call our customer hotline +(49) 711 - 17 70 000, Monday - Friday from 08:00 am - 05:30 pm. Please also note that shock absorbers are not sent by express due to the hazardous goods regulations. The express shipping costs are shown separately on each product.

In principle, all our parts are available in our online shop under the common Mercedes-Benz article number. In addition, we also have composite components - such as seat sets, complete interiors, an entire axle, an axle half, a complete bumper or complete doors- which we run under separate part numbers and not under the Mercedes-Benz part numbers. You can either find these products through the categories in our online shop or contact us directly via mbgtc_parts@mercedes-benz.com or +49(711)17 70 000. We would be happy to check product availability for you personally and advise you on possible alternatives.
Presumably, the requested part is currently only available in small quantities. Due to this critical parts availability, only a limited quantity can therefore be purchased per customer. We ask for your understanding.
